    Acquired 1.3 million new members in 12 months

    Designed & launched the CN Club loyalty programme across 5 markets across the Asia Pacific region.

    A big challenge was the big drop-off in registrations waiting for parental approval. I addressed this by designing a more robust registration module with reminders and incentives to both parents and kids.

    Members could redeem colorful “beans” driving engagement on-air, online and in e-commerce through show previews, access to the latest games, discounts on merchandise and other exciting items.

     

    The program acquired 1.3 mill Cartoon Network members in 1 yr creating incremental Ad Sales revenues of US$1 million.
